Reporting violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
In plain languageWe receive violation reports only through the abuse reporting portal, and we review them and take appropriate action.
Illevante Internet Services LLC accepts reports of alleged violations of the Acceptable Use Policy only through the abuse report page on our website (illevante.sy/abuse-report) or at abuse@illevante.com. Illevante Internet Services LLC will review the information provided and take appropriate action.
Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
In plain languageSpam stops the service without refund of anything paid, after a 24-hour warning in which we let you fix the violation.
Spam is considered a breach of our general terms and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and will result in the suspension or cancellation of services; any fees paid in advance before such suspension or cancellation are non-refundable.
Spam (SPAM) / unsolicited commercial email (UCE) / unsolicited bulk email (UBE): a violation of any law in force regulating email and electronic messages, in the Syrian Arab Republic (including Law No. 20 of 2022 on combating cybercrime, which penalizes sending unwanted messages) or in the sender’s or recipient’s country, is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Any customer who hosts websites or services on their own server that support spammers, or that cause any of Illevante’s IP address ranges to be listed in any of the various spam databases such as (SpamHaus) or in black hole lists, will have their service disconnected after a warning period of 24 hours, during which we allow them to fix the violation before the suspension of service takes effect.
